For 3 days, I can not use the program I paid in advance, because when I put in the box to run the screen, the green bar reaches the end and disappears. Help!
Installed and setup was done remotely by techs at Reimage. The program "claimed" it had cleared all the errors in my system. This certainly wasn't true. All the errors were still there.
I called for the tech support (Rate tech support as -1). I think they are all robots and can only say they are following the "Company Policy". Unbelievable, there wasn't a supervisor or manager to talk to. They wanted me to set up an appointment remote support.
